Daniel Goodwin
I am a follower of Jesus, a husband, and a storyteller with a passion for truth. Through my writing, I seek to reflect God’s light, the power of Scripture, and the beauty of redemption.
My writing blends timeless storytelling with biblical truth, aimed especially at young Christian men and families. Whether through adventure, parable, or children’s tales, my goal is to point people to Jesus and inspire a life of faith. I want readers to enjoy the journey and carry something meaningful with them after the final page.
For 22 years, I proudly served in the United States Air Force. That career represents more than two decades of professional dedication, responsibility, and service to our country—a chapter of my life I will always value. Following retirement, I began a new chapter at Liberty University, studying theology and preparing for continued service through ministry, teaching, and writing.
Alongside my studies, I teach the Bible and explore how its truths speak to everyday life. Those same questions find their way into my stories through characters learning courage, facing difficult choices, and discovering what faithfulness requires.
My wife, Becca, inspires some of my most personal stories. Away from the page, I enjoy history, music, classic cars, and figuring out how things work. A stubborn engine and a well-timed laugh both have their place.
Whatever I write, my purpose remains the same: by His grace and for His glory.
